I've been with MediaPost for about a year and a half, and every day I learn something new about this thing we call online advertising. It's amazing how fast the techies innovate and the ad types come up with new ways to be creative -- so I can't imagine what the industry will look like in the next 12 months.

Before writing with MP, I had no clue what SEM was, other than "those sponsored links above the search results." Now I wax poetic about the virtues of a good SEO firm, the need for third-party monitoring of ad exchanges (and click fraud), as well as why every small business, from an apple picking farm (long story, I'll tell you if you email me), to a babysitting service should have a Website and a search strategy.

I'm always interested in learning about cool new campaigns or the next supposed "Google-killer," so feel free to shoot me an email. I'm also an avid gamer (hear that SCEA?) and have finally succumbed and bought a PS3. I must admit, I was slightly underwhelmed by GTA:IV, but I'm definitely psyched about Soul Caliber 4 and Wipeout coming soon. (I'm up for a heated discussion on the virtues of one console/platform/game over another anytime ...)
