I was born in Houston, TX but raised in Sedalia, MO and was the oldest of seven children. I moved to NY at the age of 18 with not the slightest idea of what I was getting myself into. Since then, I've taken up coffee and cigarettes and given up religion and republicans. I'm embarking on my first "real job" and loving it thus far. My goals include never becoming overly cynical, becoming an expert at something, being respected in my field, traveling a lot and being a female CEO.
